While the location is great, just steps from the beach and bustling bars, the room cleanliness and maintenance leave much to be desired. The furniture is old, and our toilet had issues that took time to fix. For the price, I expected better quality.

The room offered a nice view of the pool which added to the overall ambiance. I really enjoyed the convenient access to local attractions right outside. The garden view was a lovely touch, making it pleasant to unwind.

The location is perfect for exploring the island, especially with nearby attractions like the Isla Mujeres Ferry Terminal and Punta Sam Ferry Terminal. The pool area was a great place for relaxation after our adventures. Just a heads up, but the hotel does need some updating.

The staff really stood out—super friendly and always willing to help. The pool area was nice and very close to the courtyard. Room was clean but basic, with some wear on the blankets. A few maintenance issues need attention. the fan control switch was outdated and the fridge could use replacing. Noise from the street was noticeable at times, but it didn’t disturb my sleep. WiFi was spotty and didn’t reach my room consistently. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and found it to be a good value for the location, but there are areas that could improve.
